The SleepSound™ Mobile App is as safe and soothing as watching a relaxing waterfall or a crackling fireplace in a cozy mountain cabin. It emits light (flashes) and sound (beeps) synchronized to gently change your brain waves.
This uniquely developed pattern of light* and sound causes the brain to follow the pulses. Actual brain wave activity slows down as the pulses slow down. Exposure to this soothing stimulation leads to relaxation and eventually sleep in most individuals within 15 to 30 minutes.

SleepSound™ was developed by two Behavioral Medical psychologists who have between them 50 years of experience helping patients achieve greater health. They have developed innovative treatments by using biofeedback and state-of-the-art behavioral methods. These methods have helped to reduce chronic pain, improve sleep, achieve sobriety for drug/alcohol dependency, as well as reduce cardiovascular risk, manage anxiety and depression.
